GENEVA KARATE & MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Welcome - We are so glad you're here!
WHO ARE WE? Founded by John DiPasquale in 1978, Illinois Shotokan Karate Club offers Shotokan Karate Classes in Geneva, Illinois, through safe park district locations. With over 30 years in the business, our martial arts classes are taught by knowledgeable, experienced instructors, and offers opportunities to compete and give back through volunteer work. We believe in developing well-round, good citizens through our program and many of our students stay with our club for many years!
FUN FACTS:
Illinois Shotokan has been in business for over 38 years - and we plan on sticking around for a while!
No Contrasts - unlike many storefront locations, we do not require a contract. This is ideal because you can try out karate and see how you like it for a session before committing long term.
Karate Classes are held at safe Geneva Park District Locations.
Many of our students find that karate on their college applications was a huge help in their acceptance.
We teach Shotokan karate, one of the most traditional styles of karate from Japan.
Our owner, John DiPasquale is the current President of the USA Karate Federation.
Each year we bring over one hundred students to compete around the country at the USA Karate Nationals.
This year several of our elite athletes were selected to train at the Olympic Training Training Center in Colorado.
